App Description

Test the quality of your mobile connection and help improve it

Measure in one click the real quality of services of mobile operators and help the Regulatory Authority of Electronic Communications and Posts (ARCEP) to identify and fight the quality problems you face.

Measurements made and reported through this application will feed a database common to all users of the application. The set of experiences collected from both sides will provide a global, objective and more precise vision of the coverage and quality of services offered by mobile operators in Burkina Faso.

Under no circumstances does ARCEP have access through this application to the content of your communications. The data collected is limited to those used to characterize the quality of communications.

Thanks to your contributions, ARCEP will be able to identify more precisely the actions to be implemented and encourage operators to invest in infrastructures to compensate for the shortcomings observed (to cover areas that are poorly served by mobile networks) or to improve performance. and the quality of services.

Through this participative approach (crowdsourcing), ARCEP intends to put users at the heart of its quality process and provide them with objective information on the performance of mobile operators in their places of life.
