Consultations and procedures for electrical service, natural gas, gas cylinder and taps

Facilito is the Osinergmin application that will make it easier to attend to your queries and user procedures for electricity, natural gas, gas cylinders and taps. The new Facilito application offers you the following benefits:

- Taps:
- With your cell phone's GPS, locate the taps closest to you, highlighting the most economical ones in green.
- You will only find formal taps and service stations.
- If you find that the price is not the same as in the establishment, you can report it in the application.
- You can rate your experience on the tap and see other users' ratings.
- Electricity:
- Report problems due to interruptions in electrical service, public lighting, devices damaged by electricity failures, bills with very high amounts and dangers due to fallen cables or poles.
- Your complaint will be sent immediately to the electricity company and Osinergmin will supervise that they comply with serving you.
- Follow up on your disagreements presented through the procedures tab.
- Gas ball:
- Shows the closest formal establishments, highlighting the cheapest ones.
- Contact the distributor directly to make the purchase.
- Report problems with the gas cylinder or the distributor.
- Natural gas:
- Find out the benefits of using natural gas in your home.
- Find out if the natural gas network is close to your home for an installer to visit.
- You can report problems such as leaks, broken pipes and problems with your installation to the dealership.
