Health is CORE

SSP District Health Centre provides district-based primary healthcare services.

The Sham Shui Po District Health Centre (SSPDHC) was established by the Health Bureau and operated by the St. James' Settlement.
Advocating the concept of "Health is CORE", SSPDHC provides district-based primary healthcare services through health promotion, diseases prevention, health assessment & consultation and chronic diseases management to enhance public awareness of self-management of health. Through public-private partnership, the chronically ill are well-supported and the public can receive necessary health service in the community.
The allied health professional health management team includes registered social workers, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitian and fitness trainer take care of public health-related needs.
Sham Shui Po District Health Centre is now officially launching the mobile app "Health is CORE". By providing online health services in a more convenient way, the mobile app enables service users to receive the latest information about SSPDHC and join our online health-related activities.
