Visit Sibenik is an application that offers two services; segment Šibenik Travel -
list of available accommodation, and "Explore Šibenik" guide to Šibenik, based
on main attractions, cultural, historical, natural, all the offer that make Sibenik
special and some basic service information needed for a quality stay.
Šibenik Travel is a mobile phone application which enables travellers to easily
find and book available accommodation in Šibenik and it surroundings. The
application includes places: Šibenik, Danilo, Donje Polje, Dubrava, Jadrija,
Jadrtovac, Lozovac, Raslina, Zablaće, Zaton, Žaborić as well as some islands of
the Šibenik archipelago: Kaprije, Zlarin and Žirje.
All private accommodation facilities are presented on the map of Šibenik and its
surroundings. Click on each accommodation icon, and more detailed information
will apear such as a photo gallery, number of beds currently available and
contact information: websites, emails, phone munbers, etc...
Each accommodation entry shows the actual availability status: available –
marked in green or unavailable – marked in red ( closed of booked). This is
particulary useful during winter when fewer landlords provide accommodation,
and in peak season when there are almost no vacancies.
This data are edited and updated by landlords themselves, which guarantees
the accuracy and promptness of the data.
In addition to accommodation information, the application also offers a guide to
Šibenik "Explore Šibenik" with emphasis on the biggest attractions and
recommendations "what to do", "what to see", "where to eat", "useful
information" and information about Šibenik card, and all useful information
needed for a better stay in Šibenik.
