How to use the app?
1. Download the app from Google Play
2. Visit https://pay-portal.raiffeisen.hu/, log in with your Direktnet username and create a user, as well as generate an activation code
3. Use the activation code to activate the application

Practical advice
The Qvik QR code based on the MNB standard can be read by customers of all Hungarian banks.
Customers of all Hungarian banks can send payment requests to each other.

• Internet connection
An internet connection is also required during application registration and for payment operations. The application cannot be used offline, without an Internet connection.
• Entry
You can enter the application with a 5-digit PIN code, it is not necessary to enter a PIN code to generate a QR code and send a payment request. The application requires another login after two hours of inactivity
• Instant Payment
The Raiffeisen Scan&Go mobile payment application uses the Hungarian instant payment system, so it can only be used for domestic HUF transactions.
• Card acceptance

To use card acceptance, you must apply for the service, which you can initiate via https://fizetesimegoldasok.raiffeisen.hu/. To use the card acceptance feature of the Scan&Go mobile payment app, you will need to download the tapXphone app from Google Play.
