Safetrax Commuter provides passengers with live tracking of the active cab and complete information about scheduled trips to and from the office in one single dashboard.

- Trip information Display: Single dashboard view of Trip information like Driver Name/Number, Bus/Cab Number, Source & Destination along with pickup/drop timing.
- Real-Time Tracking: Employees can view and track assigned vehicle location on a live-streamed map along with precise ETA information.
- Trip Requests: Employees can reschedule trips in case of shift change or illness and request an unplanned trip as and when needed.
- Ride Check-In: For a secure and transparent trip, employees can verify their ride with an OTP based check-in.
- Trip Details: Employees can easily view trip details including driver profile, vehicle number, pick & drop points and others.
- Notifications: Update employees on the upcoming trip with timely alerts via push notifications, SMS, and email.
- SOS Button: Employees can raise the alarm for speedy assistance in case of unforeseen emergencies or events like driver/co-passenger misbehavior, route deviation etc.
- Proof of Misconduct: The passenger can also send an image or voice recording as a proof of the event to the emergency response team.
- Help & Support: The feature allows employees to connect directly with the assigned corporate transport help desk via in-app calling.
