Shuttles by Safetrax

Safetrax Commuter App is available exclusively to the employees of an organization that uses Safetrax’s Employee Transport Automation platform. The app provides features like live tracking, Real-Time Updates, Accurate ETA, SOS button, etc on a single dashboard.

Safetrax Shuttle has a special feature that allows employees/commuters to reserve their preferred seats.

Safetrax Shuttles Commuter features

- Seat booking: Shuttles Commuter allows employees/commuters to book their preferred seat in the cab/bus to which they were assigned.
- Trip history: Commuters can view the routes being operated by your organization’s shuttle services and select the most convenient one.
- Trip details: Driver Profile, Vehicle Number, Pickup/Drop Points, and other trip details are displayed on the dashboard in real-time.
- Trip sheet: Commuters can view a list of all the stoppage points for the selected routes and choose the stop most convenient to them.
- Real-time tracking: Cabs/Buses using Safetrax Shuttle are installed with Safetrax's location tracking hardware and allocated for the respective trip.
- Ride check-in: For a secure and transparent trip, employees can verify the ride with the OTP based check-in.
- Notifications: Employees get updated about the upcoming trip in real-time via push notifications, SMS, and email.
- SOS Button: During any unforeseen emergency, employees can raise the alarm for speedy assistance with the SOS button.
- Help & Support: The feature allows employees to connect directly with the assigned corporate transport help desk.
