App Description
App to install, troubleshoot and manage Transight Vehicle Tracking Devices.
The “Installer” helps Dealer/Service Engineer to scan the Bar code of the device and check the status of its input signals. This helps the person who installs/troubleshoots the device to connect with Transight Cloud and ensure the proper working of devices.
Transight Installer Application is having Four Main Options
1. Devices: This option helps you to get the live status of all required input signals from the device by the time it hits the Transight Cloud. With this screen you can make sure the device is properly connected with the cloud and all parameters are working intact.
2. Accounts: Here we can create a new customer account instantly, so that he can get the access to Transight Fleet Management Applications as soon as a the device is installed in his vehicle.
3. Add Vehicle: Ones a device is installed in a vehicle, we have to open a vehicle account for the customer and map it to the corresponding device. While adding a Vehicle account we can include most of its details like, Registration Number, Certificate Copies and even the renewal dates for insurance, permits etc. The “Add Vehicle” option can manage this complete scenario.
4. Change Vehicle: This option is for changing the Transight Device from a vehicle for its Servicing or Re-fixing to another vehicle. In this screen we will be able to manage the Re-mapping of the device to other vehicles as well as for service.
