APP, REC - Rivadavia in Contact, is an application of the Municipality of Rivadavia (Buenos Aires), so your neighbors can make reports situations in real time and directly from the street under open government (GA) of participation, collaboration and transparency.

Our municipality offers this service as a result of the natural evolution of electronic or digital government towards what we call sGov or "government services" where the center is the city, where municipalities listen and respond in real time in a collaborative framework in net. This allows us to significantly reduce the time and quantity of reports and improve the quality of our municipal services.
