Book2Book (B2B) is a project of proximity and exchange that focuses on people, books and places of social and cultural aggregation, starting from the city of Turin. Its first implementation is this application, aimed at facilitating meetings between people in the same geographical area. In this way, with the B2B platform, the first proximity library in Italy (and beyond) was born. The proximity library exists by sharing the personal books of both individuals and associations and groups in the area. Book2Book thus generates a database of books in the city which is made available to the community itself. The project relies on a network of entities in the area (BookPoint) that have chosen to join this initiative, promoting and making meeting and exchange between people safe.
