Handbook of waste and environmental violations

Waste Violations - Handbook of Waste and Environmental Violations is an application that provides quick and easy access to the contents of EGAF's "Handbook of Waste and Environmental Violations," edited by Dr. Alessandro Corrias.
Primarily aimed at those involved in the detection and prevention of violations on the road (traffic police, municipal police, Carabinieri, Guardia di Finanza, etc.), the Handbook is also useful for consulting firms, driving schools, industry associations, etc.
Due to its layout and structure, the amount of information, the practical and operational approach to the problem, the references, and the numerous tables, this publication is a unique handbook.

PLEASE NOTE
The app's content is based on Legislative Decree 152/2006 (the so-called "Environmental Code"), which is the main reference law in this area, but does not include all applicable provisions. In particular, additional provisions relevant to certain types of waste are provided for by specific sector regulations, which also establish the relevant penalty regime.

Each violation:
• is highlighted graphically with the article, paragraph, description of the case, and the pecuniary and additional penalties;
• contains the reason, including the wording of the violation, written so that it can be transcribed directly into the report;
• is complete with operational notes (in smaller type), with detailed procedural and practical instructions, referring to specific situations, for precise and immediate guidance during the operational phase.
Consulting the app is not a substitute for a thorough understanding of all relevant waste regulations.
