Cavanna's App for the maintenance

The ‘C-Maintenance’ app is the quickest and most effective way to keep under control any kind of activity aimed to increase the production performance of your flowpack and cartoning system.
With our equipment know-how and your production expertise we develop the optimal maintenance strategy that fits your needs to reduce production losses and minimize unplanned downtimes.

With this application you can manage your entire Cavanna fleet, but not only that! You can do it for your entire plant and for all your units to be maintained by simply associate a plan, upload one file (xml) or create it from scratch.
Once you have all the work plans, you just need to schedule them through the appropriate calendar and assign it to a user or Work Team, such as:
- Internal maintainers divided according to the lines of responsibility
- External service contractors
- Cavanna and/or other vendor technicians.

All these users will receive a notification on the application and will know exactly where to go and what actions to perform.
At the end of the operations they will have to simply report the time spent, the parts used and possible additional notes with videos, photos and other useful documentation in order to evaluate the costs of each single operation.
