Work in an offline environment by synchronizing information bi-directionally with a middleware server.
The server middleware can be inserted into the customer's network infrastructure or hosted on our server farm.
The type of synchronization can be massive or incremental, automatic or on request, depending on specific business needs.
OS1 Ordino manages the entire order collection cycle starting from the management of the Customer for which any alternative shipping locations to the main one are available, any notes collected for a simple visit, the order history including the usual order or standard order, open orders, price lists with special prices.
