i4HR Employee, created as part of the Innovation4HR project, is the application that allows:

- workers to be in constant contact with their company to better plan their time and achieve the right work-life balance.

- companies to be in contact with all their employees to collect and provide information in real time, optimizing the quality and speed of corporate communication and eliminating any type of bureaucracy.

i4HR Employee also provides an immediate tool for exchanging useful information to identify the training needs of oneself, colleagues, and collaborators, needed to work better and with the right commitment.

i4HR Employee also provides notifications on updates, communications, and changes, allowing the employee to focus on the work at hand and relax outside of work.

Available options:

Shifts and timestamps
Enter and view work shifts in real time. Check work schedules and time stamps for each week to verify employee attendance. Scheduled reminders via push notifications regarding work shifts.

Requests
Quickly forward vacation or leave requests to the appropriate address within the established timeframes or with the necessary justifications, and receive responses promptly and on time.

Documents
View and/or download pay slips and any other documents relating to the employment relationship between the employee and the company directly from the app.

Evaluations
Guided entry of evaluations for each specific activity performed by employees, supervisors, colleagues, or the employee themselves. These evaluations are useful for identifying actual training needs, planning necessary training, and measuring training results.

Provide and receive news on new developments and regulatory requirements related to employment relationships of general or personal interest.
