Book the health visits in Lombardy directly from your smartphone

SALUTILE Prenotazioni is the Lombardy Region's app that lets you book healthcare visits and diagnostic tests for yourself and your family directly from your smartphone or tablet.

With the app, you can only book services prescribed by electronic prescription.
Handwritten prescriptions or red prescriptions without a centrally located barcode can be booked by calling the Contact Center at the toll-free number from a landline or at 02 999 599 from a mobile phone (charges apply according to your plan). The Contact Center is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., excluding holidays.

The app allows you to book directly at healthcare facilities integrated in real time with the Regional Booking Network. Private facilities accredited by the Italian National Health Service (SSN) will call you back to schedule your appointment upon a booking request sent via the app.
In addition to scheduling appointments, you can view appointments registered in the Regional Booking Network from the app. You can also consult the first available dates offered by public and private healthcare facilities accredited by the National Health Service (SSN). You can reschedule a booking, and you can cancel appointments you can't attend, making the available slot available to someone who needs it.

Appointments that can be viewed in the Regional Booking Network are those registered via the app, online services (www.prenotasalute.regione.lombardia.it), your doctor, pharmacy, or Contact Center. They are also appointments notified by the healthcare provider if you booked them directly at their CUP.
