moviEXPENSE

Simplifies expense report management by eliminating paper and downtime

moviEXPENSE is a smartphone application thanks to which all the people of the company can quickly record the expenses incurred.

With a guided interface, moviEXPENSE allows you to enter:
- Reason for spending, selectable from a pre-filled list
- Amount of expenditure
- Date of the expenditure, already proposed equal to the current date
- Payment method, selectable from a pre-filled list
- Photos of the receipt, using the camera

The "To be refunded" flag is automatically activated using specific payment methods, such as CASH.
Supplier and VAT number can be specified to facilitate the accounting of expenses.
By ticking the "Invoice" flag it is possible, however optionally, to specify the invoice number and date.

Depending on the reason for the expenditure used, some accessory requests can also be activated:
- Customer
- Shop assistant
- Report

Expenses can be periodically grouped in Notes and sent to the company. This operation, while remaining optional, helps to total the expenses of a certain period.
