App Pluto Food Delivery represents one of the tools supporting the FOOD DELIVERY software for the management of Takeaway and Home Delivery of your Pizzeria, Fast Food, Sushi, Restaurant, Pub, Bar or Diner.

The App takes care of reducing the home delivery times of your products by providing a DIRECT service to the Customer who awaits his Order and wishes to be updated as he expects that the food he has chosen will be at his home, or office, as soon as possible.

The Food Delivery App is a tool that allows your deliverymen to independently manage the assignment of orders to be delivered at home.

Within the Application, the Bellboy can:

1. Log in with USERNAME and PASSWORD
In this way, the Application communicates in an integrated manner with the manager's PLUTO FOOD DELIVERY Management Software, which can keep track of the deliveries made by each Delivery Man.

2. View and associate the COMMANDS TO BE ASSIGNED
The Delivery Man, in full autonomy, assigns himself the first available Order for the Home Delivery of the order. Specifically, the Delivery Man has all the details relating to the order within the Application:
- Client's name;
- Telephone / Mobile number of the Customer (with Call To Action CALL - to contact the customer);
- Customer's address (with NAVIGA Call To action - to reach the Customer's domicile as soon as possible);
- Specification of the POINT OF SALE: with the COLLECT AT THE SERVICE, the Delivery Man will be able to know the point of sale where to collect the order (existing functionality for businesses that have multiple points of sale);
- Order specification (where all the order details are indicated).

3. Know the HISTORY OF COMMANDS
The Delivery Man can view the History of Orders that are waiting to be paid at the Cashier.
Once the Delivery Man carries out the debit-credit procedure at the Store's Point of Sale, the 'paid' Orders are automatically deleted from the History of the Food Delivery App.

4. Tracking of the position in the background / foreground to provide the customer who placed the home order and / or the restaurateur the current position of the rider.
