The Japanese national team, Inazuma Japan, was aboard the large cruise ship "Inazuma Big Ferry" and was advancing through the "Football Frontier International (FFI)," a youth soccer festival attracting attention from all over the world.

However, during the tournament, the coach suddenly announced his resignation.

The person appointed as the next coach was the protagonist, Shiozawa Yo, who had been assisting the team.

While bewildered by the sudden appointment as coach, Yo utilizes his tactical analysis skills and, together with Captain Endou Mamoru and the other players, aims to reach the top of the world.

However, a mysterious earthquake suddenly struck, causing him to lose consciousness.
When he awoke, only Yo's existence had vanished from Endou and the others' memories.
Furthermore, his former teammates, ace striker Gouenji Shuuya and game maker Kidou Yuuto, reappeared as enemies in the guise of Teikoku Academy, challenging him to a match with cold stares.

Memory loss, altered relationships, a changed world—seeking the truth behind everything, Yo begins to venture into an unknown future.
