With this app, you can open an account and receive your My Number.
The Mizuho Account Opening & Processing App allows you to quickly and easily open an account and receive your My Number.
■How to Use
1. Download the app
2. Take a photo of your face and ID, enter and submit your customer information
3. Access the URL in the automatically-received temporary registration email, submit the required information, and complete your application.
4. Check the account opening completion email*1 that arrives a few days later.
5. Receive your cash card (approximately 2-4 weeks*2)
*1 You can check your account number from the URL in the email. You can use the Mizuho Direct app using your account number and Mizuho Direct primary PIN.
*2 The processing time varies depending on the card type you applied for.

2. Perform direct authentication or cash card authentication
3. Take a photo of your My Number card
4. Enter and submit your customer information
5. Your My Number registration will be completed in approximately one week.
*We will contact you via the email address you provided after your application is complete or if there are any errors.
