This is an official app exclusively for corporate customers provided by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. You can use some functions of Web21 and the additional authentication function (one-time password) used by Web21.

■Service Details
◇Web21
1. Account Inquiry (Balance Inquiry, Deposit/Withdrawal Details Inquiry, Transfer Details Inquiry)
- Eligible account types include ordinary, current, notification, savings, and fixed-term deposits.
- Report display and file downloads are not available.
- The available inquiry period varies depending on your Web21 contract type.

2. Transfers/Transfers
- Eligible account types include ordinary and current.
- To check the maximum transfer amount per transaction, go to Settings > Security Management on the Web21 PC screen.
- Transfer fees are the same as for Web21 (PC).
- A one-time password is required when executing a transfer.
- Results cannot be viewed.

◇One-Time Password App
- This is an app-based authentication method used by Web21 and other services.
- Like the card-based method, it generates a 6-digit one-time password. It also verifies that the data has not been tampered with when transferring funds through Web21.

■Target Users
◇Web21
- Available to customers with a Web21 contract.
- ValueDoorID only supports password authentication.

◇One-Time Password App
- Customers who have selected the "One-Time Password App" as additional authentication for ValueDoor (selection available for each ValueDoorID).
* The One-Time Password App cannot be used with IDs currently using a One-Time Password card or camera-enabled token. If you wish to use the One-Time Password App, please apply online or switch to the app in-store.

■App Environment
- Recommended devices are smartphones running Android 8.0-16.X. Tablets are not supported.
- Rooting your smartphone even once may cause the app to fail to launch or function properly.
・If your smartphone's USB debugging is enabled, the app will not launch. Please turn off USB debugging before use.

・Depending on your smartphone, there may be restrictions on some transactions and screen display.

・The available environment may change without notice, so please refer to the ValueDoor website (About ValueDoor > Usage Environment) for the latest usage environment information.

■How to Use
・Download the Web21 smartphone app and log in with your password-authenticated user ID.
・Customers with a contract other than Web21 must log in from a computer with their administrator ID and grant the required permissions to their user ID.
・To set up the one-time password app, you will need a "One-Time Password App Setup QR Code Notification," which will be mailed to you separately. Please use this notification to set up the app after receiving it.

■Notes
・There are no initial or monthly fees for this app. However, bank transfer fees and smartphone data charges will be charged separately.
・You can save the ValueDoorID used to log in to this app within the Web21 smartphone app (some parts will be displayed as "***"), but please manage your password carefully, such as not storing it on the same device. If you forget your password, please contact your branch.
・Please manage your smartphone, one-time password card, and camera-equipped token carefully.
・You can install this app on multiple smartphones, but you cannot log in simultaneously with the same user ID.
・Even if you uninstall this app, your data will not be deleted.
