POSRI is a smartphone app that helps you postpone the risk of illness. Standard features are free to use. Supervised by numerous doctors and researchers, it features over 300 health habits with a high level of evidence, offering many healthy lifestyle choices. We carefully select and include evidence from research papers worldwide related to prevention and disease risk. Beyond healthy eating, exercise, and sleep, you're sure to find health habits that suit you. Easily register your health habits, visualize the results of your health habits, and support continuous healthy behavior. For corporate users, a feature to visualize healthcare cost reduction is also available (for a fee).

■ Register your health checkup results and understand your risk level. Visualize trends and results.

Simply upload your health checkup image, and AI automatically inputs the values. This makes it easy to understand your past health checkup results. With permission from the Japan Society for Human Dock and Preventive Medicine, we use the standard values ​​set by the society, allowing you to check if you exceed these standards. The degree of achievement of healthy behaviors is visualized as "Post-Illness Time" (time spent postponing the risk of developing illness), maintaining motivation for health management and reducing the risk of various diseases.
