The app version 3.1.8 and later has disabled the function to display the estimated charge at the end of the call.
If you would like to check the approximate charge for each call, please check the call time for each call in the "History" tab and calculate it together with BIGLOBE Phone's call charge for every 30 seconds.
*BIGLOBE phone call charges per 30 seconds vary depending on the type of call (domestic call, international call, satellite call).

``BIGLOBE Phone'' is a calling app where users of ``BIGLOBE Mobile'' voice calling service can call anyone using the same number and receive half-price domestic calls (*1).

・The app automatically adds a ``7-digit BIGLOBE phone number (special number)'' when making calls, so you can make calls without changing your phone number!
・Because it uses a telephone line, there is no interruption in audio compared to IP phones!

[Notes]

・Three-digit special numbers such as 110,119, numbers starting with 0120,0800,0570, etc. will be charged at the normal call rate.

・Depending on the device you are using, when you end a call using the "BIGLOBE Phone" app, the standard calling app screen may be displayed instead of returning to the "BIGLOBE Phone" app screen. If you continue to make calls after the call ends, please be sure to return to the "BIGLOBE Phone" app, as you will not be charged the "BIGLOBE Phone" charge unless you make the call from the "BIGLOBE Phone" app.

・Depending on the device you are using (*2), even if you make a call to a destination registered in your contacts, "Unknown party" may be displayed on the outgoing call screen. Even in this case, the destination will be displayed as a registered destination in the outgoing call history.

- If you are using a dual SIM slot device, please set the SIM used for voice calls to BIGLOBE Mobile's SIM. If you do not make the settings, it may not work properly.

(*1) When using voice calls with "BIGLOBE Mobile", the standard domestic call charge is 22 yen/30 seconds.
