App Description
Come back to now, with the steps you decided when you were well.
An app that shows the steps you decided for yourself while you were well, one screen at a time, when things get hard. The home screen has only two buttons: "Come back to here and now" and "My plan for hard moments". Tap one, and what you wrote appears in large letters, one item at a time.
This app is not a substitute for medical care. If you are in danger, call 119 (ambulance) or 110 (police) in Japan, or a helpline.
■Write it down while you are well
In your own words, write the place you are in, words to yourself, the breathing and things to touch that suit you, your warning signs, people you can contact, helplines, and your steps. Each step is one line, and you can reorder them later. You do not have to fill in everything. The first time you open the app, it tells you where to write.
■Come back to here and now
Shows today's date, the place you are in, your steps one line at a time, your breathing and things to touch, and your words to yourself, in that order. Move with "Next" and "Previous" at your own pace. Each move is marked by a small, silent vibration.
■My plan for hard moments
Shows how you rest and one small step "when the light is yellow", your warning signs, your steps, people you can contact, helplines, and your words to yourself, in that order. Items you left empty are skipped. Nothing is judged or scored automatically.
■Call buttons
Call buttons for 119 (ambulance), 110 (police) and the helplines you added are on every screen. On the page for people you can contact, everyone with a phone number gets a call button. Tapping one passes the number to your phone app. 119 and 110 are the emergency numbers in Japan. No other helplines are preset, so please add your own.
■Look and settings
It starts with a black screen and no sound. Text size, colors, music and tap sound can be changed in Settings. When you change phones, export what you wrote to a file and import it on the new phone.
■About this app
