It is an attempt to improve vision and health with red or violet light.
The sensitivity of the human retina is said to decline significantly after the age of 40.
Simply looking at visible red light (around 670nm) for three minutes a day is said to improve the lack of energy in deteriorating retinal cells, activating the mitochondria in the eye and promoting improvement of various age-related health problems, including vision loss and Parkinson's disease.
Violet light, which is a part of sunlight (around 380 nm), is also believed to be beneficial to the eye, and is said to inhibit the progression of myopia.
This application attempts to use these phenomena to improve vision and health.
