[Notice on App Access Permissions]
* In accordance with the new Article 22-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and the amendment to its Enforcement Decree, the access permissions required to provide KB Life Insurance services are provided below.

[Required Access Permissions]
* Phone: Used to verify device identification information necessary for customer service and security. Phone numbers are collected and transmitted to enable the Digital ARS feature.
* (Android OS 13 or higher) Notifications: Used to receive push message notifications for Digital ARS use.

[Optional Access Permissions]
* Camera: Used to capture information (photos) for document attachments and to verify ID. * Photos and Videos: Access to photo files stored on your device. This is used to provide information (image files) for document attachments.
* Location: Used to find your location on a map.

** You can still use the service without consenting to optional access permissions, but some required features may be restricted.

[Phone Number Information Collection and Use]
* Phone Number:
- The KB Life app collects and transmits your phone number upon initial launch to enable the Digital ARS feature.
- Your phone number is collected and transmitted for authentication upon login.

[App Permission Settings Guide]
The app permission settings feature has been implemented since Android OS 6.0.

If you are using an Android OS version prior to 6.0, consenting to optional access permissions is difficult.
To consent to optional access permissions, you must check if your operating system is upgradable and then upgrade as follows:

1. Check if an OS upgrade is available in [Smartphone Settings] > [Software Update].
2. If an OS upgrade is available, proceed with the upgrade.

Since the access permissions agreed to in existing apps will not change even if the operating system is upgraded,
you must delete and reinstall existing apps to reset access permissions.
