Baby Shark TV Service Closure & Refund Notice

Hello from the Baby Shark TV Team,

First, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks for the love and support you have shown Baby Shark TV.
It has been a true joy sharing our stories and songs with you.

To provide you with an even better experience and more exciting content,
we will be officially retiring the Baby Shark TV app on June 8, 2026
as we integrate our services into the ‘Baby Shark World for Kids’ app.

If you are a Pinkfong Plus member, you can continue to enjoy all Pinkfong Plus apps and content just as you did before.
There will be no changes to your existing membership benefits.

Service End Date: Monday, June 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM (KST)
Subscription End Date: Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM (KST)
New subscriptions and renewals will no longer be available after this date.
Existing subscriptions will automatically end upon service termination on June 8, 2026, and no further charges will occur after that date.
However, if you do not manually cancel your subscription through Apple App Store or Google Pay, you may continue to receive payment failure or renewal-related notifications.
To avoid such notices, please cancel your subscription using the steps below.
