Openings Staff is the companion app for team members at businesses using Openings. Sign in with your staff account to see your daily schedule, manage your own appointments, and accept in-person payments — all from your phone.

This app is for employees of businesses that use Openings for online booking. If you're a business owner, download "Openings for Business" instead. If you're a customer looking to book an appointment, visit your service provider's booking link.

Your daily schedule
See every appointment on your calendar at a glance. Check who's coming in, what service they booked, and how long it will take. Your schedule updates in real time as new bookings come in.

Appointment details
Tap any appointment to see the customer's name, contact info, notes, service history, and the full list of services booked. Call or text the customer directly when you need to confirm or reschedule.

Accept in-person payments
Charge customers right from your phone with Tap to Pay on iPhone or a connected Stripe card reader. Contactless cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay — all supported. Tips, receipts, and refunds handled in the app.

Manage your availability
Block time off, adjust your working hours, and let your business owner know when you're available. Changes sync instantly with the booking page so customers only see real open slots.

Push notifications
Get notified the moment a new booking, reschedule, or cancellation affects your day. No more missed appointments because the calendar didn't refresh.

Secure sign-in
Your account is protected with passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. Your data stays private to you and your business.

REQUIREMENTS

You must be invited as a team member by a business that uses Openings. To accept in-person card payments, your business owner needs to enable Stripe payments in their Openings dashboard.
