In the event of a mechanical failure, call LoJack 24hr Command Center, which will automatically detect your position and can coordinate the roadside assistance to recover your car for the needed repairs, in collaboration with your trusted dealer. In the event that you are involved in a crash event, thanks to the sensors installed in the LoJack® Connect telematics device, you will receive the necessary assistance from the operators of the LoJack Command Center, who will contact you, where possible, and send mechanical assistance and / or sanitary. The version of LoJack® Premium Touch is the most advanced solution to offer you a premium stolen vehicle recovery system in case of theft, which takes full advantage of the combination of the two VHF and GPS / GSM technologies. In addition to countermeasures against signal sabotage attempts and other security features, such as suspected device tamper alarm and movement alert, this system exponentially increases the chance of recovery in the event of theft: each vehicle may report the presence of other stolen cars equipped with the LoJack® Premium Touch system.
