Culture in Morocco constitutes a very diverse and rich reservoir, in which each region reveals a unique heritage that bears witness to the character of our country as the cradle of an ancient civilization. The multiple influences resulting from centuries of interaction between successive dynasties and neighboring civilizations have given it a unique depth and richness, as Amazigh traditions that are deeply rooted in history blended with Arab, Andalusian, Hassani and Hebrew heritage, in complete harmony to form a distinct cultural scene. As a true meeting place of cultures, its diversity is evident through multiple forms embodied in its cultural and architectural heritage, including dazzling ancient cities and majestic kasbahs, its literature with its great writers, critics, and poets, its traditional and contemporary arts, and its expressions of music, dance, and visual arts.

In this context, a culture-oriented platform in Morocco is of great importance because of its role as a catalyst for access to culture and the dissemination of multimedia content in the fields of arts, books, and heritage (several videos documenting cultural festivals, book fairs, and tangible and intangible cultural heritage). It will also constitute a virtual library at the disposal of the general public from all walks of life, enabling the presentation and documentation of major cultural events, raising the value of artistic energies, promoting literary works, and preserving Moroccan cultural heritage.

This platform will also provide a space that gives a clear vision of the activities of the culture sector in its three fields. Arts, books and heritage follow the same approach inherent in achieving the goals of protecting and promoting Moroccan cultural heritage.

The platform will be available in five different languages: Arabic, Amazigh, French, English and Spanish, which will enable users to choose the language that suits them and thus provide a comprehensive experience.
