Midland Pay is Midland Trust’s Payment Portal app that allows tenants and borrowers of account holders to quickly and easily pay monthly rent or note payments securely via direct deposit (ACH) at no additional cost to you. With a few clicks, you can avoid post office delays and having to buy stamps by simply submitting your payment using the Midland Pay app. No more worrying about making sure your payment arrives at Midland on time as your payment is posted electronically within 48 hours.
When you open the app, you’ll have the option to send a one-time payment via ACH or to create an account to send recurring payments. Once logged in, users have the option to send new payments, set up new assets to pay, schedule recurring payments, or view their payment history.
