Arkady Novikov's Turkish restaurant is a gastronomic concept based on a combination of authentic recipes, lovingly collected from different parts of the country, and modern culinary trends; about two dozen types of steaks and experiments with wet aging of meat; the embodiment of twenty years of experience of a new figure on the Russian gastro scene - chef Dzhihan Deniz.

In our application, you can place an online order. The menu includes steaks ranging from classic to alternative, and Wet Aged from our own aging cabinet, essential for Turkish cuisine minced meat kefte, charcoal dishes, meze with weightless cakes straight from tandoor and a dozen kebabs.
