Keep track of visitor arrivals and departures in real time.
Install Residentia Surveillance in a designated smartphone to the surveillance booth of your subdivision or condominium, so that the guards register the incoming visitors.
With Residentia each neighbor has a username and password through which, among other things, you can register "Scheduled Visits", that is, it will authorize previously that an acquaintance of yours can enter your home on a specific date or dates, giving your visitor a single access key.
