App Description

Tracking service.

Reports:

• TrackMe now recognizes when a false location has been used.

• Service Started: Generated when TrackMe starts, with the last valid coordinates. If it is the first time TrackMe starts, it reports with zero coordinates.

• Service Ended: Generated when TrackMe stops.

• Time-Based Report: Every 1, 5, 15, or 30 minutes.

• Movement Started: Activated once movement is detected for 30 seconds, and the time-based report is generated every 5 minutes.

• Movement Ended: Generated if movement starts and no movement is detected for 1 minute; the time-based report is generated every 30 minutes.

• Panic Button: Generated by pressing one of the volume buttons for 2.5 seconds.

• Status Detection: Connected to Charger, Disconnected from Charger, and Low Battery.

Mobile App Settings:

• Configuration requests, including "unrestricted battery mode" and "Activity" permission requests.

New Report Types:

- Each report will include information about the app version being used.

- Hourly "Device Stopped" reports if the device hasn't moved.

- Reports when the frequency changes (1 min, 5 min, 15 min, 30 min).

- "Start" and "Stop" movement reports, along with "time-based reports," depending on the device's location and usage.

- Geofence entry and exit reports.

Features:

- Device activity, indicating whether it is "stopped," "walking," "running," "biking," or "in a vehicle."

- Local storage of reports with approximate location when offline, and sending of these stored reports when the internet connection is restored. - Automatic application launch when the device is restarted or turned on.

Improvements:

- Optimized device speed calculation.

- Adjustments to motion calculations using the device's accelerometer to generate "start and end of movement" reports.

Use of the Accessibility Service: Our application uses the AccessibilityService API to activate panic buttons by pressing the volume up button. This API is necessary to enable quick and/or emergency reporting. We do not use this API to collect personal data or share private information with third parties.
