Increase efficiency and comfort of Bodylastics resistance bands workout.
This app is intended for users of the Bodylastics resistance bands systems. If you don't have one of the Bodylastics resistance bands systems, please don't download this app.
This app:
1. Shows all possible resistance levels for your Bodylastics system. This allows you to adjust resistance by small steps by combining different bands.
2. You set the resistance level (in lbs or kg), the app will show you bands that you should pick to get this resistance.
3. Resistance can be set in 1x mode when you pull one end of the band, also it can be set in 2x mode - you pull both ends of the same band.
Features:
- supports KG and LBS;
- 1x mode (you pull one end of your band);
- 2x mode (you pull both ends of the same band simultaneously);
- shows every possible resistance level for your Bodylastics system;
- shows every possible band combination for the selected resistance
level.
EXAMPLE:
You have Max Tension XT system and you want to get 50lbs resistance for your exercise. The app will suggest you to pick the following bands:
