ScrewTrail helps DIY and electronics repairers record exactly where each removed screw or small part came from and where it was placed. Pin the origin on a step photo, choose the matching cell in your physical tray, and keep the connection visible throughout the repair.

When it is time to rebuild, ScrewTrail reverses your recorded mappings into a clear reassembly queue. Each step keeps the origin, tray cell, photo, and note together so you can confirm the physical work directly.

No account is required. Project titles, photos, pins, tray mappings, notes, and completion state stay in app-private local storage and are not uploaded to a ScrewTrail server. Core mapping and reassembly work offline.

IMPORTANT LIMIT

ScrewTrail is an organizational aid. It does not sense your physical tray, identify parts, provide repair instructions, or decide whether a repair, tool, component, torque, electrical condition, or workspace is safe. Always verify the physical device and follow manufacturer guidance.

ScrewTrail is free and contains ads. Ads never appear while you capture a mapping or follow the reverse reassembly queue.
