The Marketers World App: Tickets, Agendas, and Networking

The official app for Marketers World 2026. From October 16th to 18th, at the Palacongressi in Rimini, you'll have the program, people to meet, meetings, and tickets in your pocket.

Three days, thousands of people, limited-entry workshops that sell out. If you arrive without a plan, you'll wander from room to room and end up with the wrong contact information. With the app, you'll arrive knowing where to go, who to meet, and what time.

HOW TO ENTER
Use the email address you used for your ticket: you'll receive a 6-digit code, no password to remember. Then answer a few questions about yourself. It only takes a couple of minutes and is enough to find you the right people.

PROGRAM AND WORKSHOPS
• The three-day program, room by room: workshops, Main Stage, and thematic tracks.
• Book workshops with a tap. If the room is full, you'll be placed on a waiting list, and if a spot becomes available, it's yours.
• Before each booked workshop, you'll receive a reminder with the room location.
• Save the talks you don't want to miss in your calendar.
• See who each speaker is, what they're talking about, and where to find them over the three days.

NETWORKING
• Tell us what you're looking for and what you offer, and you'll see the people you have most in common with first, along with their compatibility percentage.
• Search for people by role, industry, skills, and province.
• Write to whoever you want and propose a meeting with a time and place. Requests and confirmations go to your calendar.
• Are you staying at the Marketers Village? The little house on your profile lets others know, and you can only search for those staying there.

COMPANIES
• The companies attending the event, the people you find at the stand, and the appointments to book with those who open them.

TICKET
• The ticket QR code is in the app: it's valid for entry, workshops, and networking.

AFTER 7 PM
• OffWorld: themed aperitifs, partner venues with discounts for attendees, and AfterWorld.

• The Marketers Village program, if you're staying there.

ANNOUNCEMENTS AND NOTIFICATIONS
• Announcements and stories from the organization, message and meeting notifications.
• Rate the talks and workshops you've attended.

Are you a sponsor or exhibitor? From the same app, you can manage your company's showcase and save the contact details of those who pass by your booth.
