With our apps you can easily find an available desk, search for a colleague or book a meeting room. New reservations are instantly accessible in your existing calendar apps.

Looking for an available workplace at your campus? Officebooking shows you where to find an available spot. Co-workers can be found through 'Who's at work'. Privacy is protected by design, you have full control over your privacy settings.

Officebooking workspace management is fully integrated with our IOT platform. Our LoRa sensors register individual occupancy of workplaces or meeting rooms, monitor comfort levels etc. With smart QR codes or NFC tags you check in on your seat or meeting room and use our smart localisation services.

Our apps are well aligned with our web- and digital signage apps. You'll need an individual Officebooking account through your employer, educational provider or community space manager.
