Shilla Hotel’s official mobile app is designed to offer a wide range of customer services and benefits including hotel room&dining bookings, Shilla Rewards membership services and promotional notifications.

1. Mobile App’s Key Features
- Membership: Sign up for the Shilla Rewards program. You can earn and redeem points in real time and view your points balance online.
- Coupons: On the mobile app, check out Shilla Rewards coupons available at your membership level.
- Reservations: Room and dining reservation services are available.
- Members Only : You can use our mobile check-in/check-out service in advance
- Special offers/events: Check out room packages and F&B promotions.
- Notifications: With notifications, you are informed of promotions and member benefits.
- Hotel information: You can access information about rooms, restaurants, wedding venues, banquet halls and other amenities.
- Multilingual support:
- The app supports four languages: English, Korean, Japanese and Chinese.
- Other features: The app allows you to submit your questions or suggestions.
