Therap Connect provides HIPAA compliant access to smart health devices data.

The Therap Connect Android app offers a HIPAA compliant way to collect smart health devices data for agencies providing support, healthcare services and management to people receiving Home and Community Based Services.

The Therap Connect Android app enables healthcare professionals (with proper privileges assigned) to use the Notification, Measurement modules.

The Notification feature allows users to:
• View list of events
• View and Acknowledge an Event

The Measure module includes healthcare services and management features such as:
• Pairing supported smart health devices.
• Collection of smart health devices reading.

Note: The Therap Connect Android app is designed to be used by people who already have active Therap Services and Therap Connect accounts with the appropriate permissions. If you cannot log into the app or once you do not see the functionality you expect, please contact your Provider Administrator.
