Complete insight and management of your rental and property products.
With the Customer Portal app, a nurse, carer or purchasing employee always has real-time insight into his or her rental and/or property products. This app has been specially developed to provide maximum support for them on the road or on location.
By means of a scan function or a search screen, each product can be requested and the product details of the product can be viewed. It is possible to adjust data or view manuals. Various overviews show the current location or other relevant data of the rental and/or property products. From the app it is also possible to immediately disable certain actions on a product or to view which activities have already been requested for a product. By means of the catalog products can be (additionally) ordered and via the contact screen you can ask a question or view which service technicians will soon be on your doorstep.
