With the Service app, a service technician, service employee or logistics employee always has real-time insight into his daily activities. This app has been specially developed to provide maximum support on the road or on location.

A planning function shows all agreements made, from which the correct service activities can be viewed immediately. All relevant data is shown on the service activity, such as the customer's address, the pick-up or collection activity or 1 of the other 20 processes. The service activity can be digitally signed by the customer via this app. By working fully digitally with this Service app, you save an enormous amount of paper. The process is also very efficient. Signing the service activity leads to possible billing of the service activity.
