We developed Inner as an app program to support you in strengthening your mental health. Inner is a digital learning path full of powerful exercises that invite you to pause, slow down, and reflect on who you are and what you need.

A team of professionals from mental healthcare, theology, and coaching guides you on the journey to your inner life. With the app, you gain access to inspiring audio clips, breathing exercises, moments of silence, and reflection that allow you to regulate emotions and understand what is alive within you.

Inner brings together psychology, Christian spirituality, and bodywork in a complete program developed by De Hoop. You do not need a diagnosis to use Inner. It works therapeutically but is not therapy. Inner is there as support and prevention. Always available on your phone.

To create Inner, Team Inner sought collaboration with the Knowledge Institute for Christian Mental Healthcare and Groundwork Academy, which strengthens Inner's scientific basis, expertise, and support base.
