Amuse focuses on performance support during your working day.

In addition to standard work instructions, this App contains references and appendices to the necessary work documents. By scanning the correct QR code (within the application), the employee immediately arrives at the information that applies to him/her. Amuse provides information that directly facilitates employees on the work floor to be able to deliver the right performance.
The Amuse application is designed according to the 5 moments of need methodology. The 5 Moments of Need methodology is a model for enabling higher performance. The 5 moments of need model is based on 5 moments when professionals need information and when they learn. The 5 moments are: (1) when you learn something for the first time, (2) when you want to learn more, (3) when you try to apply and/or remember, (4) when something goes wrong and (5) when things change. Amuse responds to these needs by facilitating the employee at all 5 of these moments.
