Parlaeus - Paperless App gather for public administration

The Parlaeus App for paperless meetings is part of the Parlaeus Suite for public administration. With the Parlaeus App, colleges, council members and administrators can easily prepare their meetings and consultation moments.
Due to the integrated approach to public decision-making in the Parlaeus Suite, the Parlaeus App fits closely with the workflow of public organizations. Extensive roles and rights provide every participant with access to the right documents, even for the most complex meeting. Annotating, sharing and commenting is easy. Annotations are easily processed in underlying documents by the clerk's office or secretariat.

How does it work?
Parlaeus consists of two parts:
1 – The Parlaeus Suite, an online management environment for (official) support.
2 – The Parlaeus App for meeting participants.

The registry, secretariat and civil service use the Parlaeus Suite (among other things) to organize meetings and distribute documents to the online document box of meeting participants.
Meeting participants have access to their own online document box via the Parlaeus App. The document box is also accessible via browsers.

For each meeting you have one PDF meeting document containing the agenda, meeting documents, minutes and incoming documents. No confusing pile of different loose documents.
Cross-platform annotation and sharing. They are retained, even after an update of the agenda or associated documents. Immediately available and fully text-searchable archive.

Registries and secretariats create and manage meetings via the meeting dashboard in the Parlaeus Suite. You can make changes up to the very last minute. Parlaeus fits in perfectly with SharePoint, Corsa, Decos, etc. Extensive support with advisory tools, etc., etc., etc.
