With Documents (MMS) you can always and everywhere have access to your important documents (protocols, instructions, procedures, etc.) to cover risks in the work. You can consult important documents in a fast and user-friendly manner. Management via printed versions and unnecessary management (manual) actions is thus eliminated.

Functionalities:
• Login: log in to the MMS with username and password.
• More: notifications, last / most viewed information, favorites / shortcuts.
• Navigate: navigate through the tree structure / content
• Online Search: searching through the system and calling up the found content
• Offline search: searching through the system and calling up the found content present on the smartphone / tablet
• Multilingual: the app supports multiple languages

Offline use
If the user does not have internet, this will be detected by the app; after this the app is automatically in offline mode. This means that navigation is adjusted and search is limited to the offline content available (a limited amount, viewed from performance and capabilities limited).
