Spink from SpareBank 1 gives children an overview of their personal finances.
Spink, the bank app for children and young people, makes it easy to get an overview of your own money, pay to friends and family and make savings. Children become more knowledgeable about spending money as they gain experience and the opportunity to obtain, spend, save and manage money in a safe environment.
With Spink, the child can:
• Check your balance and see what the money has been used for.
• Pay to friends and family as parent approves.
• Get weekly and monthly summaries.
• Ask parents for money.
• Save on your own account and create your own savings goals.
• Transfer money between the card's account and the savings account.
To use Spink, the child must:
• Be a customer of SpareBank 1.
• Have your own bank card in SpareBank 1.
• Be under 18 years of age.
This is how you get started:
1. Download the app on your child's phone.
2. Activate with one of the parent's BankID.
3. Link to utility account and child's own savings account.
4. Add Friend Payment.
5. The child selects a PIN to use to log in.
