The Craving Experiment is a guided exercise that helps you understand and reduce cravings — for anything from sugar and alcohol to social media and cigarettes.

Developed by the Addiction Education Society for use in addiction education programs, this app walks you through a structured daily check-in process. By simply observing and recording how a craving feels each day, many people find the urge naturally loses its grip.

How it works:

• Track how your relationship with that craving changes over time
