I-Trophy

I-Trophy is the number one application for hunting trophy evaluation.

The I-Trophy app is designed to easily guide the evaluator from one measurement to the next after selecting the game species. Each measurement method is clearly illustrated with a photo, which the user can enlarge to view specific details more closely. Additionally, users can access text descriptions providing further information on the correct measuring process and scoring. Thus, the app is also designed to educate the user on measuring and scoring techniques.

Values such as lengths or circumferences are selected using a slider that can be operated with one finger, allowing for one-handed use and eliminating the need to type in decimal values. For species where the weight of the antlers is required, the user can use a visual slider to select the type of skull cut; the app then automatically subtracts the prescribed deduction for the point calculation. Similarly, the user can mark a trophy as 'fresh,' in which case the app will automatically deduct 10% from the measured mass.

For beauty points (additions), the user can use the photo slider to select the appropriate value—such as color, pearling, bossing (mouflon), development, and the color and shape of the points—based on a comparison with the trophy being evaluated. Similarly, deduction points can be determined through individual measurements or direct selection via the slider.

For values where the ratio between the span and the length of the antlers is scored, the app calculates the points automatically. It also automatically calculates crown scores for Red Deer based on the number of long and medium-long tines or the measured lengths of the ice tines. The I-Trophy app automatically calculates composite values, such as the C-index for mouflon, converting them into potential deductions, or adds points based on the entered age (e.g., for chamois).

After entering the measurements and scoring the additions and deductions, the user can review a list of all data and return to any specific measurement to correct it if necessary. Before the final calculation, the user enters a name for the entry (e.g., Species_Hunter_Date) and can attach up to six photos, either from the phone's gallery or taken directly through the app. By clicking the button, the measurements are submitted for calculation and the generation of a score sheet. This can be exported as a PDF file directly to the phone or shared with contacts via Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger, email (Gmail), or cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive).
