Our video visits are secure, customized for kids and staffed by pediatric experts who are ready with the answers you need and the peace of mind you want.

We can evaluate symptoms including:

- Bites (animal, human, insect)
- Cough, congestion, runny nose
- Colds
- Eye infections
- Arm/leg pain after an injury
- Fever (kids ages 2+)
- Flu-like symptoms
- Head injury without loss of consciousness
- Rashes/skin infection
- Skin injuries
- Vomiting, diarrhea, constipation

For 24/7 care for minor illnesses and injuries:

Request a visit – Open the CincyKids Health Connect app and request a visit, provide medical history and pay for the visit.

Talk to a pediatric expert –Within minutes, a board-certified pediatric expert reviews your child’s medical history and begins a video visit with you and your child. CincyKids Health Connect video visits are committed to addressing your child’s needs. We can refer you to an in-person care provider if needed.

CincyKids Health Connect video visits are private, secure and HIPAA compliant. Your information is protected and only shared with your designated primary care physician and pharmacy, just like an in-person visit.
