CPO GSVR

Private community app supporting violence prevention, education, and engagement

CPO GSVR is a private, invitation-only mobile application supporting a community-based violence reduction initiative led by Community Partnership of the Ozarks (CPO).

This grant-funded program was developed in response to community conversations, local data, and the urgent need to reduce violence that impacts families, neighborhoods, and the shared future of the Ozarks region. The app serves as a secure tool for approved program participants and staff to stay connected, informed, and engaged.

Key features include:

Secure in-app communication between approved participants and program staff

Program surveys and check-ins to support engagement and progress tracking

Weekly reports and updates related to program participation

Educational and community resources focused on prevention, support, and opportunity

The initiative is rooted in community voices, prevention strategies, and evidence-based approaches. It recognizes that individuals and neighborhoods most affected by violence hold critical knowledge and leadership needed to drive meaningful change.

All communication within the app is private, moderated, and non-emergency. The application does not provide law enforcement, surveillance, or emergency response services. Access is limited to approved users participating in the program.
